FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know before we start working together.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on complexity. A single workflow can be live in a few weeks. Multi-system projects with AI components typically take longer. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after our discovery call-no surprises.
What access do you need to our systems?
It depends on the project – typically your website hosting/CMS, ad accounts, and (if relevant) your CRM or accounting platform. We’ll only ever ask for what’s needed to do the work, and talk you through it before requesting anything.
Who owns the website, campaigns, and systems you build?
You do. Everything we build – your website, ad accounts, CRM setup, and content – belongs to your business, not to ChillyChoo.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Our care plans keep your website, CRM, and integrations secure, fast, and up to date. If something breaks, we’re the first call – not a mystery to solve on your own.
How do you handle data security?
We follow best practice around access control, secure hosting, and data handling, and we’re upfront about what data flows where and why – no black boxes.
Can you work with our existing tools and vendors?
In most cases, yes. We integrate with platforms like WooCommerce, Sage, Xero, and Stock2Shop rather than forcing you onto a new stack, and we’ll flag early if something genuinely won’t work well together..
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes – through our care plans, which cover updates, monitoring, and optimization so your website and systems keep performing after launch, not just on day one.
What if we're not sure what's holding us back?
That’s exactly what the discovery call and audit are for. We assess your website, marketing, and systems, benchmark them against real industry standards, and help you prioritize what will move the needle first.
